2026.08.21 - Whyttin

I can’t believe it took me so long to draft this up post convention but, it’s also hard to believe it’s been a week since Megaplex ended. Despite going to quite a few conventions this year (when I originally planned for almost none), Megaplex, is the one that I’ve been looking forward to the most and, even with certain changes that made it a little more awkward this year from the hotel point of view, it still didn’t disappoint.

Every year I’m able to call Orlando my home for a weekend and spend it with absolutely incredible people, this year was no different - I got to witness first hand a suit being finished just in time to debut them that weekend, and got to see a bit more of Universal and Disney. I’m also just really grateful I was able to snap some pics in all the chaos that was packing what feels like a month of activities into 96 hours.

If you’ve never been to Megaplex (or pool party con as it should be known), I absolutely implore you to put it on your calendar for next year.

Next for me is a local furry nightclub event going on, and maybe potentially MFF (if the room block is kind to our group) - maybe I’ll see you there! :3
